Delivery and collection

Collect free from either Harare store, or arrange delivery in Harare or by courier nationwide. Fees and timing are confirmed on WhatsApp.

Collection from our stores

Collection is free from either of our two Harare stores:

  • Galaxy Mall, Harare
  • Corner Robert Mugabe Road and Kaguvi Street, Harare CBD

When you order on the website, choose "Collect" and pick the store you prefer. We confirm on WhatsApp when your items are ready. If the item is held at the other store we will move it for you first, so please wait for our confirmation before travelling.

We are usually open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 13:00. Hours on public holidays are announced on WhatsApp.

Please bring your WhatsApp order reference. You pay when you collect, by cash, EcoCash, InnBucks, OneMoney, O'mari, or Visa or Mastercard.

Delivery in Harare

Choose "Delivery" when you order and tell us your suburb. We confirm the delivery fee and expected time on WhatsApp before you commit to anything. Most deliveries within Harare go out the same or the next working day once stock is confirmed.

Delivery is paid on handover, together with the goods, unless we agree otherwise in the chat. Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive and inspect the items.

Delivery outside Harare

We send to other towns by courier. Tell us where the parcel is going and we will quote the courier cost and estimated transit time. Courier charges are passed on at cost plus packaging where needed, and are confirmed before we send. For courier orders we may ask for payment before dispatch.

Inspect on handover

Please check your items when they are handed over, whether in store or on delivery. Open the box, check the contents against your order and look for any damage. Tell the person handing over, or message us on WhatsApp straight away, if anything is wrong. Damage reported later is harder for us to claim from the courier.

Large and fragile items

Drum kits, keyboards, powered speakers and similar items are packed carefully, but they are heavy and fragile. For these we recommend collection or Harare delivery where we can hand over in person. If they must go by courier, we will explain the risks and the packaging used.
